Motel 6-Brenham, Tx

A nice size and brand-new rooms, we didn't feel like leaving.

Location: the hotel was next to a mountain and an outlet. Cafe Starbucks located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

The hotel staff are amiable and excellent.

Needed a crib, indicated on my reservation online as a preference. No email received that crib not available. We got no crib. Next a.m. went to eat breakfast. Asked for a high chair. Hotel had only one high chair for entire facility. Was offered no other option like a booster seat. For $200/night (with tax) we expected more. I have received more accommodations at other large chains for less. Lastly, in the bathroom it was very obvious that some type of repairs or something had been done as there were several areas on several walls on which paint had been applied that didn't match the other paint rather than repaint the whole bathroom or at least a whole wall. Very disappointed and won't stay there again.

The property was beautifully appointed with excellent staff. The rooms were pet-friendly and brand-new with the bath and the bedroom, for instance, the breakfast was warm. The location of the property was great and convenient, on the side of a mountain. We really enjoyed the breakfast.

From the moment we walked out of elevator to second floor, the hallway had a damp musty order. In room: The toilet seat was partially unhinged which moved around each time you tried to sit on it. Then the refrigerator made this rattling loud noise the entire 2 nights we stayed which kept us up. In addition, the air conditioner also was extremely loud every time it came on. That also kept us up at night. We would have checked out after the first night but everything in the vicinity was booked. Next year when our son's school goes back to Brenham for their baseball tournament we will definitely not stay at this location. It looks nice in pictures and from outside but not so great on the inside.

MY BED HAD A BROKEN BOARD IN THE BOX SPRING. HAD TO SLEEP IN A HOLE ALL NIGHT.

The parking area seemed spacious which is good for larger vehicles there was a nice outdoor space that could be utilized and the hotel staff were friendly at the front desk

The pool was nice. Location was great and had restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good. Loved the pillows.

Only complaint. In my room, 210, the commode is round and has a large oval toilet seat. Needs to be replaced for proper size. Cannot close the bathroom door due to the oversize.

Comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, pet-friendly.

We stayed for a night in a Deluxe King Room and really enjoyed the huge space and cleanliness. It was relaxing to unwind by the outdoor pool and we appreciated the decent complimentary breakfast. The only bummer was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but overall we had a great stay! 😊

My kids wished there were more activities for families on-site. It would have been awesome if they offered some fun games or a small play area to keep them entertained.

Best hotel for family so far!

I gotta say the rooms were supernice and neat, refreshing. The staff were considerate, they saw us struggling with our bags and helped out immediately!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable considering the comfort.

We had a pleasant stay, with the room being spacious and the fridge clean, enhanced by great service that made our trip enjoyable. I'd definitely return.

A Hidden Gem for Couples!

The staff greeted us warmly. Our room was spacious with comfy beds, perfect for relaxation after our day out. Don't miss the nearby restaurant with its delicious breakfast options. Highly recommend!
